Qualifications
- Nursing and/or Social Services Case Management experience required with proper current licensing and certification.
- Previous supervisory experience in a health care setting.
- Effective written and oral communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Current driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
